What’s AARRR here? The AARRR system is an acronym for a series of five metrics for user activity that should be monitored by companies:
- Acquisition. (How do people discover our brand or business?)
- Activation. Activation (Are these individuals doing the acts that we want them to take?)
- Retention. (Continue to engage our enabled users with the product?)
- Referral. Submission. (Do consumers like the product enough to say anything about it to others?)
- Revenue. (Are our customers willing to pay for this item?)
